You don’t have to carry this alone
Support for grief and loss when the weight feels too heavy, the mind won’t settle, and the world no longer feels like it used to.
This space is for reflections on grief, loss, therapy, and the ways these themes live in culture and in ordinary life.
The writing here is an invitation to slower, deeper thinking, shaped by my work as a counsellor and my interest in making room for difficult, often unspoken experiences. You will find essays and shorter pieces that approach these themes from different angles, including film, clinical practice, community, and the quieter corners of everyday loss.
Longer essays and new writing are published weekly on Grief in Translation, my Substack publication for reflective writing on loss, death, and the films that help us think about both. You can find it at substack.com/@griefintranslation
